All aspects of your prescription eyewear including: performing essential measurements, selecting and custom adjusting your frame, and verifying the accuracy of your new prescription lenses before taking them home, are attended to meticulously. Lyly has a B.S. from UC Irvine with a major in biology. In today's clinical environment, the utilization of specialized technology is essential in assisting the doctor with performing the highest quality eye examination. In this capacity, she will make certain that all diagnostic testing will be done accurately and efficiently with patient comfort always being a priority. If you are new to contact lenses, Lyly will carefully train you in all aspects of contact lens care and wearing guidelines. All concerns and questions will be thoroughly addressed. |

Dr. Powell graduated from the Southern California College of Optometry in 1984. He received his Fellowship from the American Academy of Optometry in 1986. He has been in private practice in Huntington Beach for over 25 years. Dr. Powell knows that providing an excellent examination is sometimes not enough. It is essential that a high level of communication and understanding exist between the patient and the doctor. By accomplishing this, the patient can have a real sense of satisfaction that his/her needs are being met.
Amber has had 12 years of experience in front office management. She realizes that patient satisfaction not only comes from great eye care, but also from a positive experience with the entire office procedure. Consequently, scheduling, billing and insurance questions are taken very seriously. Every effort is made to make each and every patient comfortable with our office. She knows your time is as valuable as ours.
